Charlotte Member Information
Location, Location, Location. Our Office Suites are located on Market Street in the heart of Baxter Village in Fort Mill, SC in close proximity to Charlotte. Currently we have a furnished 90 sq ft office space suite available for $450.00 per month. Other office spaces are available for $550.00 per month which are 120 sq ft. Each office is furnished and has at least one window. Utilities and High speed internet access is provided free of charge with your rental. Just bring your computer and work materials, we have taken care of everything else.
The office is wired for easy installation of your computer equipment and phone service. A state of the art copier (black & white/color), scanner (black &white/color), fax and printer (black & white/color) is available for use on a per copy basis.
Some of our former tenants have gone on to bigger places but they still thank us for letting them get a running start in business. We are extremely proud of our current and former tenants. We succeed when they succeed.
