I have been involved in the acquisition, development, and marketing of real estate since 1977. Following success in sales and sales management, I formed my own brokerage firm on Sanibel Island, Florida to concentrate on the development and marketing of resort properties. In 1983, I sold the business to focus on syndicating real estate and commercial real estate investments. I have flourished in the commercial and investment field. Membership and leadership in numerous professional and civic organizations have resulted in a high profile within local, state, and national real estate and investment networks. Using these valuable resources, I am able to identify and analyze opportunities as they arise, capitalizing on them quickly and professionally. Continually investing in professional and technological advancement, I serve a clientele of progressive thinking investors and developers with knowledge and alacrity.
