In February of 2010, after spending 8 years with a large tenant representation firm and holding the vice president position for the past five. I decided to form my own commercial real estate brokerage company. As an individual who grew up with a family of small business entrepreneurs, I wanted to establish a real estate company that brought back the foundations of good business; honesty, integrity, and customer/client service. I have based my commercial real estate business philosophy on these fundamentals throughout my career. That is why 70% of my cliental are repeat customers, 25% are referrals, and 5% is new business. My repeat clients including, global, national, regional and local businesses and companies, I have negotiated over 192,000 square feet of transactions in the past 8 months ranging from 1,000 to 60,000 square foot leases.
