Your Executive Office will be here waiting for you whenever you need to use it. Your digital keypad entry code will give you 24-hour, 7 days per week access to your own personal office. Your office will come beautifully furnished with a large wrap around desk, matching seating, filing cabinets, and a state of the art phone set.
Enjoy the use of our elegant conference rooms and conference center, reception area, lobby, and waiting room. Attend a luncheon held in our conference center that is hosted and catered by us with you and your client as our guests.
Our courteous skilled receptionists will answer and screen all of your phone calls and take messages on our state of the art telecommunication system. You'll have 24-hour automated voice mail and message retrieval from anywhere.
Along with greeting your guests when they arrive, our receptionists will distribute your incoming mail to your own personal mailbox and will sign for and receive your special deliveries
Located on every floor in both of our buildings are high speed sorting and auto feeding copiers and plain paper faxes.
Enjoy the convenience of UPS, Federal Express, Airborne and DHL making daily stops at both of our office buildings. Drop off boxes are located next to and nearby our buildings and all supplies needed for the use of these services are provided here.
