I have been in the commercial real estate business for 15 years.  During this period, I have obtained my CCIM and SIOR Designations as an office specialist.  Both of these designations require significant classroom hours on sales, marketing, lease, financial analysis and other core components to the commercial real estate brokerage. The CCIM and SIOR designations also have a strict business volume requirement to qualify me as one of top producers in the industry.  

During my career, I was President of the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Council in 2007 for the Lancaster Association of Realtors and been named C&I Practicioner of the Year in 2008.  I have a Pennsylvania Brokers license and am active in the community, serving as Vice Chair of the Lancaster Family YMCA and on the Board of C&I Council.  I am well connected in the Lancaster Community, and my company is the largest full service commercial real estate company in Central Pennslyvania.

I graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY and have a Master of Science in Sports Management from the University of Richmond, VA.  I am an accomplished skier and completed my second Ironman Triathlon in Lake Placid in 2008.
