Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 1994 - I am a Senior Vice President in my company's Tenant Representation Group where I am the market director for client requirements in Western PA. In the role, I focus exclusively on Tenant Representation & have represented clients such as Ernst & Young, Towers Perrin, FHLBank, EDS, Whirlpool, Sprint, Microsoft, Cingular, Aetna, Sun Microsystems, Willis, Unisys & Mellon as well as many smaller companies. Prior to joining my company in 2000, I was President of a Realty Investment firm where I was involved with more than 100 investment-related transactions including commercial leasing, land development, multi-family housing acquisitions & dispositions, & IRC Section 1031 Exchanges. Prior to beginning my real estate career in 1994, I served in the Marine Corps for eight years. I have been repeatedly recognized by CoStar as one of Pittsburgh's "Power Brokers". I am also among the 1% of brokers nationally who hold both the CCIM and the SIOR designations, & I am the only such designee in the Pittsburgh market exclusively focused on Tenant Representation. I am also a member of the Pittsburgh Regional Champions, the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, USATriathlon & the Marine Corps League.
