Engaging me is analogous to hiring an IRS agent to assist you in a tax audit. Since I have worked for a large real estate firm leasing space for local Owners & Landlords, I understand the intricacies of how they think, what they are trying to achieve and the strategies used to negotiate. In addition I have an industrial engineering degree from Stanford and have spent much of my career as a businessman managing a manufacturing company. I understand your needs and priorities as a businessman, not just as a real estate broker. To insure a full compliment of the most sophisticated analytic tools, I added the CCIM designation. This background gives me an immense understanding of how to add value, efficiency and cost containment as well as how these factors are influenced by real estate decisions.

Commercial Real Estate is not "rocket science", but if you are not immersed in the local market on a day to day basis, it is virtually impossible to stay current on what you can reasonably expect from a building owner. Market parameters such as rental rates, concessions, options, operating expenses, add on factors and a plethora of other factors that directly impact occupancy costs are continuously in flux. You need someone that is intimately involved in the market to assist you. This is especially true during negotiations and lease critique. This assistance can translate into thousands of dollars in savings and build flexibility into the lease to meet competitive challenges in the future.
