I am a commercial real estate consultant whose transaction management process enables my clients to maximize their options and market leverage while allowing me to manage a creative process in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Equipped with the understanding of the client's business, I work with my clients to define space needs as well as additional criteria. Paul provides his clients with market research, space surveys, and a detailed analysis of alternatives. This technical analysis assures that there are no surprises after the move-in. I then formulate a negotiating strategy with my clients and negotiate a tough yet flexible lease. I also assists clients on an ongoing basis after move-in. My clients benefit from my superior counsel and his advocacy in negotiating lease terms.

In 2007, Paul earned the esteemed CoStar Power Broker award. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Paul worked in corporate banking and he is a U.S. Army veteran. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from UCLA. Today he lives in San Antonio with his wife and daughter. He is an active member of his community and volunteers his time in several organizations including but not limited to the Alamo Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Our Lady of the Lake Business School Advisory Board, and the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Program.
