Lynn began her career in commercial real estate in 1973 when she joined Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Chicago, Illinois as an Asset Manager. Lynn relocated to St. Louis in 1988, as a Senior Asset Manager in MetLife's St. Louis Regional Office. She was directly responsible for a diversified real estate portfolio in excess of $480 Million. In 1994, she went into brokerage at Wolken Real Estate Advisors and assisted Deutsche Financial Services with their corporate headquarters requirement and acted as a consultant to Corporate Plaza Management Company, preparing the business plan and facilitated the refinance and eventual sale of their 200,000 square foot class A office building. Lynn is experienced in all commercial property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, as well as special use properties such as hotels and recreational facilities. In addition to her diversified property background, she has expertise in research and analysis, real estate investments, financing, lease and portfolio analysis including specialized consulting services.
