Inverness Office Market
The Inverness office space submarket is located adjacent to the Centennial Airport to the East, on the West by Interstate-25, on the South by E-470 and North to Arapahoe Road. The submarket spans the counties of Arapahoe on the North and Douglas County on the South. This is a master-planned office park originally developed in the 1970s with its own water district, golf course, and low- to mid-rise office buildings surrounding the golf course. Noteworthy companies headquartered in the Inverness Park are Jeppesen Aviation, Arrow Electronics, IHS Global, and Starz Entertainment. The major landlords are Inverness Properties (6 buildings, 167,000 SF), Corporex (2 buildings and 200,000 SF), and Lincoln Property Company (4 buildings and 276,000 SF). Meridian Office Market
The Meridian office space submarket is a master-planned office park. It’s bounded on the West by Interstate-25, on the North by E-470, on the South by Lincoln Avenue and on the East by Peoria Street. The submarket lies entirely in Douglas County and is home to several notable companies – CH2MHill, Dish Network, Western Union Financial Services, Teletech Services, and Syntec Consulting. This park is made up of low- to mid-rise office buildings many of which are owned by their occupants. There are 12 existing office buildings making up the submarket that surround the Meridian Golf Club and total 1.1 million SF. The largest for-lease buildings are owned by Travelers Insurance; Felton Properties of Portland, OR; Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and Westcore Properties. For-lease office ranges from Class B to Class A space.

Denver Tech Center Office Market
The Denver Tech Center is an 850 acre master planned mixed-use development will accommodate 25 million square feet of buildings. Located at the southeast intersection of Interstates 25 and 225, it originally started out in the early 1970s is one of the first mixed use commercial parks in the Denver area. The original plan was for only 40 acres. It is now one of the two largest office submarkets in the Metro Denver area. The majority of office buildings within the Tech Center are mid-rise and includes Class C space all the way up to some of the most expensive Class A office space in the Denver metro area. One big advantage to locating your office space in the Denver Tech instead of downtown is that there is free parking available at most of the office buildings.
