Our office business center is conveniently located in the prestigious Clayton business community. Our 50-office center is tastefully and professionally decorated. We have two well-equipped conference rooms, both of which can be used for videoconferencing, presentations and meetings. There are great views from the 33 exterior offices. Complimentary coffee, tea, and purified water are provided in the well-equipped kitchen.  We also have vending machines that offer a variety of snacks and beverages.  The building has a fitness center for complimentary use by office clients and an attached covered parking garage available on a monthly fee basis.

A cafe /coffeehouse is located just off our building's lobby and serves breakfast and lunch. The center also offers easy access to I-170, I-64/Highway 40, the Forest Park Parkway, I-70, and the entire metro area, and is walking distance from the Clayton MetroLink Station. It is just 15 minutes from Lambert International Airport and downtown St. Louis and is in close proximity to many fine restaurants, hotels, retail shops, county courts, and civic buildings.
