Since I have worked for a large real estate firm leasing space for local Owners & Landlords, I understand the intricacies of how they think, what they are trying to achieve and the strategies used to negotiate. In addition I have an industrial engineering degree from Stanford and have spent much of my career as a businessman managing a manufacturing company. I understand your needs and priorities as a businessman, not just as a real estate broker. To insure a full compliment of the most sophisticated analytic tools, I added the CCIM designation. This background gives me an immense understanding of how to add value, efficiency and cost containment as well as how these factors are influenced by real estate decisions.
