We are a small, family owned, commercial management company founded in 1980 and currently located in Bloomington, MN. Our management company strives to provide the best in customer service and care for our tenants. Each building we manage has it's own partnership in which we are the managing partner. This allows us to carefully budget and maintain each one.Over the past four years we have streamlined our systems to provide more timely and accurate service to our tenants. As you will experience, we are continuing to innovate using the latest technology and is motivated to find and implement better systems in our office. We strive to give the best personalized service to our tenants.
