Montecito Medical Corporation - Represented MMIC, a privately held medical office investor, with the $34 million acquisition of a 150,000 square foot Class A medical office building in Suffolk, Virginia.
FastTrain - Represented FastTrain, a computer training services company with 7 locations in Florida, in the relocation of its 12,000 square foot Jacksonville center.
RainSoft A&B Marketing – Led A&B Marketing, the exclusive distributor of RainSoft products in Northeast Florida, with its relocation to an expanded 12,000 square foot facility, which now serves as the Jacksonville distribution office.
PHH Mortgage – Represented PHH Mortgage in the disposition of its sublease space of 85,000 square feet.
BGK – Completed the acquisition of Butler Pointe in Jacksonville, Florida, a 165,000 square foot office building transaction totaling $23 million.
Columbia Analytical Services – Represented Columbia in the relocation of its 17,000 square foot office
