The opportunity also affords for some fresh air breaks when taking the dog for a walk during work hours.<\/p>\n<h3>Landlord issues<\/h3>\n<p>Employers who decide to become pet-friendly provide many perks for a relaxing work environment.\u00a0 The concern, though is that not all landlords or property managers share the pet-friendly concept.\u00a0 Those that are in agreement provide specific rules for pets on the premises such as having a license for the pet, the animal must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and it needs to be confined in a small gated area.\u00a0 When leaving the office area, the dog must be leashed before walking through corridors and hallways.
