I began my career in commercial real estate in 1973 when I joined Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Chicago, Illinois. I relocated to St. Louis in 1988, as a Senior Asset Manager in MetLife's St. Louis Regional Office. I was directly responsible for a diversified real estate portfolio in excess of $480 Million. In 1994, I went into brokerage at Wolken Real Estate Advisors and assisted Deutsche Financial Services with their corporate headquarters requirement and acted as a consultant to Corporate Plaza Management Company, preparing the business plan and facilitated the refinance and eventual sale of their 200,000 square foot class A office building. I am experienced in all commercial property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, as well as special use properties such as hotels and recreational facilities. In addition to my diversified property background, I have expertise in research and analysis, real estate investments, financing, lease and portfolio analysis including specialized consulting services.
