Our office space principals are business owners. Our office space were one of the first office space in Baxter, Ft. Mill, South Carolina. The Office Suite founders built the office suites from an empty shell. Every detail was thought of and a list of what they wanted in a office suite was handed over to the architect and designer to make sure it got incorporated into the plan. It is not by chance that every office suite (except an interior office) has a window that opens and has a view of Baxter. You won’t need to open the window because there are two separate heating and cooling units servicing the office suites. Why two separate units. One serves the office suites and the other serves the common areas. If we had only one than you might not be as cool in the summer as you want to be or you might not be as cozy in the winter as you should be.
A simple thing like having two separate bathrooms within the interior common area was something that sets us apart from other office suites. We could have gotten away with one co-ed bathroom or a bathroom in the hallway or downstairs but we thought our tenants would like a separate Men’s and Women’s bathroom. Your clients will also appreciate it. It is not something you probably gave much thought to but it is the little details that make the difference.
