About Metro Austin Office Space Markets

Austin - The State’s Capital, is also referred to as the Live Music Capital of the World. The Central Business District holds a majority of the multi-story office buildings as well as low-rise and converted single family homes used as office space. Sixth Street is home to a number of live music venues, nightclubs, bars and restaurants.
