What we can help you with...

Despite all of the well-publicized troubles that Detroit and its submarkets have had over the past several years, there are some outstanding opportunities in the Detroit and suburban Detroit office space markets. While vacancy rates are high in virtually every office submarket of Detroit, with the exception of Ann Arbor, the Bloomfield Hills - Birmingham area and Rochester, office rental rates are well below the national average for similar types of space. If you are looking for office space in Detroit or suburban Detroit, it’s a buyer’s market.

With all the space available for lease, rent or purchase, the search for the right office space can be overwhelming without some assistance. That is where we come in. Our local reps have dozens of years of experience helping tenants make sure that they not only make knowledgeable decisions about their office space location and price, but also to make sure that costly errors are avoided in the process. If you would like to have that security during the process of finding your next office space in Detroit or its suburban markets, we’d love to help. There is no cost involved for you to obtain our services or the services of our local representatives.

To allow us to get a better idea of what your office needs are and where you would like to locate your office, fill out the form at the top of the page to let us know a little bit about what it is you are looking to find. About the Detroit Office Market

The metro Detroit office market consists of over 75 million square feet of office space of which only about 20% is located in downtown Detroit. The remainder is located in the suburban markets. In both downtown Detroit and the suburban office markets the type of office space is pretty evenly divided between newer class A and older class B buildings, with some class C also available. Vacancy rate is considerably higher than the older class B and class C office buildings resulting in a significantly lower asking price, roughly a 20% reduced rental rate.

"Our OfficeFinder rep was an excellent agent for us. He truly understood our needs and worked on our behalf. As a small organization with little experience in this area it was critical that we had an agent we could trust and rely upon. He was perfect for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
