Commercial Real estate has been my vocation and occupation for the past 34 years. My specialty is working with office users who have a requirement for 2,500 or more square feet or with an industrial user who needs at least 10,000 square feet. Working with investors on an acquisition or sale of an investment portfolio becomes a challenge well worth the assignment. I have assisted my clients and closed deals in office, call centers, warehouse facilities, office showroom and flex spaces that meet the above requirement. Understanding the client’s requirements, with my market knowledge, has provided them to better evaluate their real estate alternatives and closed deals that matched their requirements.

My years in commercial real estate has provided me the opportunity to be part of commercial real estate transactions involving landlord representation, tenant representation, sale leasebacks, build-to-suit evaluations, lease vs. purchase evaluation, and investment sales.

Who do I assist? I assist users, be they institutional or local, in the leasing and/or disposition of its asset whether office or industrial. Our platform allows me to assist my clients locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. As a long time member of the local community I am often asked to represent a tenant in the leasing, purchase or disposition of a piece of property. My market knowledge provides the various options that one might have in securing a lease or purchasing a property.
