I am an independent commercial real estate broker based in Syracuse, New York providing brokerage services that include tenant representation, landlord representation, site selection, and consulting. Our managing member and principal broker has experience in the Office, Industrial, Retail, and Student Housing markets throughout Onondaga County and Central New York. We are the only Syracuse, NY based commercial realtor to currently hold both the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations, which are based on experience, integrity, professionalism, ethics, education, and transaction volume.

I am a native of Syracuse and a graduate of Hobart College in Geneva, NY majoring in economics with a minor in Urban Studies. Joshua and his wife Rebecca have four children and live in the Syracuse, NY suburb of Jamesville.
