As founder and principal of a highly regarded boutique commercial real estate firm focused on office space in San Jose (Silicon Valley), I bring over 32 years of commercial real estate experience to solving the office space needs of my clients. I began my commercial real estate career in 1985 with the San Jose Silicon Valley office of one of the largest and regarded commercial real estate firms in the nation, focusing on both landlord and tenant representation of Class A office spaces throughout Silicon Valley. In 1998, I formed a boutique commercial real estate company to fill the need for professional tenant representation brokerage in the booming Silicon Valley.
During my career, I have leased and sold over 1+ million square feet of commercial space, and sold in excess of 350+ acres of residential and commercial land. I pride myself by the fact that over 90% of my business comes directly from referrals and repeat clients. I'm a licensed California real estate broker and member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.
I'm a lifetime native of the San Francisco Bay Area and a graduate of San Jose State University School of Business. I live with my wife and daughter in the Willow Glen - San Jose area.
