Randy is a commercial real estate broker in the South Bay office (Los Angeles/Long Beach area). For over 30 years, Randy has represented tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in various types of commercial real estate transactions and consulting services including REO sales, trust sales, land sales, and lease and sublease negotiations.
Since joining his firm, Randy has been the Top Producer – South Bay for numerous months. He is also a “Capital Club” Award recipient.
Randy has achieved the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. Less than five percent of the commercial real estate brokers in the United States hold both these designations.
Education: MBA degree from Pepperdine University in 1982
BBA degree from Ohio University in 1979
